Join me for the third session in the Pelvic Floor Series on @momunity FB live! This week I will discuss how to incorporate your pelvic floor into your regular exercise. By the end of the session you should have a beginning set of core exercises, know how to progress your exercise and how to modify your exercise to engage your pelvic floor while controlling intra-abdominal pressure and building strength.
