Prenatal Services
Although, it is common to have aches and pain in pregnancy, it doesn’t mean you can’t do something about it! Pelvic girdle pain can be in your back as it meets your pelvis, in front at your pubic bone, groin pain and/ or leg pain. As you body goes through all the changes of pregnancy your muscles and joints may need some TLC. A physical therapist can help with manual therapy such as joint mobilizations, teaching you mobility and strengthening exercises that will help decrease your pain and teach you ways to move when caring for young children and a newborn.
